A perfect day for Earthfest! Guster said it was the biggest crowd they've ever played for. This picture is during the K D Tunstall set. She was pretty decent. Guster played a bunch of new songs I didn't recognize. Overall it was a good time.

New Look

I didn't just update the colors, I upgraded to blogger's new template, and I've added lots of cool sidebar items. Some of them are from Google and some are from blogtricks.com and others.

There's lots of good "Dan's shared news clips" over there on the right. Only 5 are showing on the page, but you can click the Read More... link.

Update

Jeez, it's been a while.

I finally got my chance to see my favorite band Spoon play live at the Pearl Street Nightclub in Northampton, MA. It was great, as expected. They played 2 new songs that sounded intriguing, lots from Gimme Fiction, and some good older material (like Jonathan Fisk.)

I can't wait for the new album, Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga, to release on 7/10/07
